POST PLACEMENT

It is recommended that either the property owner or Real Estate Agent contact Blue Stake to verify locations of the utility lines prior to the installation.

It is further recommended that the customer or property owner place markers to indicate the best location for the post installation, and those instructions are included in the service request.

Markers include:
Stake
Flag
Collection of stones

In the absence of marker and or written instructions, Post It Right will use our best judgment for
the placement or the sign post.

If the property owner or Real Estate Agent elects to accept liability of the real estate sign post
installation without a Blue Stake consultation, Post It Right will install the post.

In the event of damage to utilities, Post It Right does not accept liability, should any charges result, those will
be passed on to the customer.

In the event of sprinkler line damage, we will make every attempt to repair the damage. If the
damage is observed by the installer, the repair will be made on the spot.

If the damage is reported within 36 Hours, we will return to the property and make repairs.

Post It Right does not accept responsibility for the cost or repairs if the customer or property
owner request repair by anyone not employed by Post It Right.
